Peakr is a personal performance dashboard that helps you track goals, habits, health metrics, finances, and well-being. The service is operated by Peakr ("we", "us", "our").

You must be at least 16 years old to use Peakr. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Peakr is offered as a paid subscription at £3.99 per month. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review your case.

Peakr includes an AI Mentor feature powered by Anthropic's Claude. AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. They are not a substitute for professional medical, financial, or psychological advice. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion.
Your use of Peakr is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
All content, branding, and software comprising Peakr is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written consent.
Your personal data and content you create within the app (goals, notes, logs) remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your data.
We aim to keep Peakr available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally suspend the service for maintenance. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peakr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Peakr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
